- Lead the development of UI/UX design and design documents for the Company's products.
- Effectively use tools and models to research and analyze user behavior to design user experience, build and optimize product features.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, business analysis engineers, and development engineers to build product definitions, features, and solutions suitable for users.
- Organize team building, coach and train team members to develop expertise and skills.- Organize and plan work for the team, review implementation results and evaluate results.
- Minimum professional qualifications: University or professional certificate in graphics, applied arts, architecture and UI/UX design.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design and understanding of the product development process.- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in the design process, methods and principles of product design.
- Have a deep understanding of UX Research, Design Thinking, Interaction Design and Visual Design.
- Proficient in using graphic software: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Have a deep understanding of research and analysis of user behavior during the product development process.
- Has a lot of experience in applying professional knowledge and working with different tasks of projects.
- Have a lot of experience in coordinating and exchanging information clearly in work with project members.
